MISSION STATEMENT

We, the physician members and staff in the department of medicine of Huron Valley Sinai Hospital, do solemnly affirm our commitment to the highest standards of patient care and advocacy. We further commit ourselves to the development of clinical excellence achieved through the adoption of  evidence based medicine, clinical pathways and ongoing endeavors in continuing medical education that will allow our practitioners to realize the highest of skill sets in a collegial academic environment. As set forth in the tenants of our ancient oaths, we will meet the medical, social and spiritual needs of our community, treating our patients at all times with the highest order of dignity and respect. We will remain cognizant at all times of the confidential needs of our patients, protecting them with steadfast determination. As a body, we will train the next generation of physicians to serve their patients with excellence, providing them an enlightened, intellectually enriching experience in which to flourish.
